Funding support for neurodivergent adults
If you're an ADHDer or Autistic adult, and the idea of navigating systems for support makes you want to hide under a blanket — I see you.
There's such little support specifically allocated to helping adult ADHDers - and whilst we do have the NDIS, I know of so many people who either don't meet the eligibility criteria - or cannot face the idea of the process, 'those conversations' - or the potential of not being accepted after investing $$ and immense emotional energy in the process.
I've spoken to many women, often late identified neurodivergent - who often appear quite 'functional' on the outside, but they experience many invisible challenges. Masking their way through life, perhaps even working on un-masking (where safe to do so) - knowing that the only other people who really get it, are those who are also living it. They also know, that the systems of 'support' around us either don't exist, collapse (or worse) when you lean on them, even just a little - and can impact psychologically in ways that we simply can not afford.
But here's a little ray of light: the Australian Government is now offering up to $1640 in funding for ADHD and Autistic adults — and you can use it to work with me as your coach or mentor 💎
So what's it for?
This funding was created to support the actual challenges that come with being a neurodivergent adult. That might include:
Navigating work and executive functioning challenges
Managing emotional exhaustion, stress and burnout
Building self-trust and confidence (hello, RSD and imposter syndrome)
Creating systems that work for your brain (not someone else's idea of productivity)
I've accessed this funding myself — so I've been through the process and can provide some helpful tips.

How it works:
You'll need a formal ADHD or Autism diagnosis
Apply through the Employment Assessment Fund
The GenU team will be in touch to provide forms to be completed & submitted
Once approved, you can use your funds to book sessions with your chosen provider (coach)
Want to work together?
If this funding isn't quite the right fit, I've still got 3 and 6 session mentoring packages available — with no hoops to jump through, just support - suited to support for you and/or consultation regarding your work with neurodivergent children.
