Training & collaboration

Let's explore what's possible- together

You’re here because you care about doing this work differently.

You’ve been reading, reflecting, asking better questions.

You’re not looking for another behaviour management session.

You’re looking for something that respects your team’s experience — and makes space for learning that sticks.

This is relational, reflective professional learning.
Not a prescription.
Not a pre-packaged solution.

Just real conversations, grounded practice, and a shared commitment to creating environments where neurodivergent children — and the adults who support them — can thrive.

What I offer:

Neuroaffirming learning spaces for thoughtful professionals

Bespoke sessions tailored to your setting and goals

On-demand masterclasses you can access anytime

1:1 or small group mentoring to support meaningful practice shifts

Practical tools, handy visuals and language that bridges theory with day-to-day experience

A reflective, collaborative approach — supporting sustainable change

The reality of this work

  • 66% of teachers have considered leaving the profession in the past two years (McCrindle, 2023)

  • 83% of health professionals report experiencing burnout (Better Rehab, 2022)

  • Nearly 50% of NDIS workers say they feel “burned out” at least half the time

  • Teachers supporting students impacted by trauma report significantly higher emotional exhaustion (Monash University, 2023)

You’re doing your best in systems that weren’t built to support you—or the children in your care.

That’s why this work isn’t just about new knowledge or resources; it’s about reshaping the way we support ourselves and each other in this deeply important work.

Let’s co-create something that works better—for everyone

How it works

Learning together = No rigid curriculum. Just collaboration.

  • Shifting practice in classrooms, clinics, or at a whole-school level

  • Reflective mentoring to support your learning journey

  • Ongoing collaboration to embed change in sustainable ways

I don’t offer pre-packaged programs or traditional PD. Instead, I work alongside you—as a consultant, mentor, and partner in practice. We start with your questions, your setting, and your goals. From there, we co-create something that works - and enjoy the process.

Supporting neurodivergent children requires more than just knowledge - we need a shift in perspective and approaches that truly work in real-world settings.

Developing skills, confidence, and knowledge through natural, discussion-based learning — where neuroaffirming principles are embedded from the start — reduces cognitive load and supports greater capacity for learning and cognitive flexibility.

Through this process, educators and allied health professionals gain practical tools to support engagement, emotional regulation, and autonomy in autistic, ADHD, and PDA students.

Grounded in strengths-based, neuroaffirming approaches, these sessions move beyond compliance, empowering professionals to create truly supportive environments where everyone has the chance to be their most brilliant selves.
