I have a contagious laugh that you’ll probably hear before you see me.
I’m a nature-loving, crystal-collecting, plant-hoarding adventurer at heart.
As a neurodivergent mum of two neurodivergent kids, I live and breathe what I teach.
I believe great coffee, time in nature and belly laughs are essential to life.
I’m someone who loves deep chats, great company, and helping people to feel seen and heard. Whether I’m teaching, mentoring, or just having a laugh, I bring warmth, honesty, and a whole lot of heart.
This work is deeply personal.
It began through my own lived experience — navigating the world as a late-identified neurodivergent adult, and raising two incredible, wildly unique kids.
As I started to understand more about myself and my family, things that had felt confusing for so long began to make sense.
And once I could see that more clearly… I couldn’t not share it.
What began as personal learning grew into something much bigger — a way of working alongside educators, clinicians and professionals who are holding a lot, and trying to make sense of complex, often misunderstood experiences
Brilliant Little Gems was born from a simple belief:
That there’s nothing wrong with our kids — or with us.
Often, there’s just a lot getting in the way of seeing clearly.
And when we begin to understand what’s actually happening, things don’t need to be forced so much.
Things start to feel lighter.
More possible.
More aligned with who we really are.

These days, I work with the grown-ups who shape the daily lives of neurodivergent kids—because when we (adults) feel seen, supported, and resourced, our little gems thrive.
Whether you're a teacher, clinician or allied health professional, I'm here to sit with you in the complexity, make sense of what's happening, and help you find your way forward with more clarity and confidence.
Running workshops and training for educators & allied health teams shifting from behaviourism to neuroaffirming practice
Supporting parents and professionals navigating PDA — through resources, the book, and small group sessions
Speaking on podcasts and at conferences about PDA and neurodivergence — to spark understanding, hope and real change for our little gems and the adults who show up for them
