I’m Sarah — a neurodivergent woman, parent of ND kids and social worker with over 20 years’ experience. But what clients tell me matters most isn’t about my job title or the training — it’s the way I help them make sense of things in a way no one else has.
People often say they finally understand themselves, their dilemmas, or their behaviour with greater clarity. I’ve got a knack for spotting the root of what’s really holding you back, and an intuition that helps us get there more quickly.
I’m down-to-earth and relaxed, which means our work feels safe, supportive, and often easier (and more enjoyable) than you might expect.
Together we’ll use a mix of tools — from conversation to somatic inquiry to symbolic resources like cards — whatever helps to connect, reflect, tap into the gold — and create real change.

With a background in primary education, mental health, and trauma-informed practice, I specialise in supporting parents, teachers, and health professionals to understand and support Autistic & ADHD children.
I'm a neurodivergent woman and parent to two neurodivergent children, bringing both personal insight and deep professional knowledge to every training I deliver.
I offer training across Australia—virtually or in person—and can tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of your team or setting. Let’s have a conversation about what would be most supportive.
Sessions are offered via Zoom - from the comfort of your home, office, car - or favourite place outdoors.
The Shift Happens sessions are now offered as a three-month package, because I’ve seen the powerful changes that unfold when we work together consistently. When we commit to the process — and to ourselves — the shifts can be immense. This approach ensures everyone I work with has the best opportunity for meaningful, lasting outcomes. Once you’ve completed the three-month package, you’re welcome to book single sessions whenever you like.
Some clients do choose to use self-managed NDIS funding to work with me—and that’s absolutely welcome. That said, a shift in my practice since July 2025 means that services are no longer designed around NDIS goals or reporting requirements. Invoices can be provided after each session to allow claims to be made.
There is currently a wait list and anticipated wait of approximately 6-8 weeks for initial consultations, occasionally there may be immediate availability.
This work is for women, non-binary, and gender-diverse folks — anyone who knows the weight of navigating systems and expectations that weren’t designed with you in mind.
