Yes, you are — just the way you are.
I know that things don't feel amazing right now.
But you're not broken.
You're just…not quite feeling like yourself.
Maybe you’ve been walking a path that was never quite yours.
Doing what’s expected, what’s needed, what’s “right.”
But yes — something inside feels unsettled.
You hold a lot.
You keep going whenever you possibly can.
But beneath it all, there’s a tension;
A sense of holding yourself together just enough to make it through.
Never quite falling apart for any length of time, whilst also never quite resting either; or finding that stillness inside.
You’re tired — on many levels.
Being the one who holds it all together
Having no space to fall apart—or even slow down
Feeling disconnected from your own knowing & clarity
Questioning how things are, but not feeling clear enough to make a change
Living in a loop of low-grade urgency, with no exit strategy
The map you've got doesn't match the terrain you’re navigating
The compass that came with it doesn’t point to your true north
That maybe what's needed isn't trying harder
Maybe it's time to prioritise your self and your nervous system
Not in the name of self-improvement.
Rather, as a return.
A coming home to your self.
To what feels real.
To your own rhythm and flow.
Notice what's here
Re-orient to your inner compass
Resource your nervous system
Slow the pace
Re-connect with what matters to you
Listen deeply
Find the space for clarity
