Gentle, down-to-earth support for parenting PDA, Autistic or ADHD kids—with someone who gets it.
Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel like a full-time job in itself. The constant juggling of advocacy, school challenges, family needs, appointments, and emotional load can be overwhelming.
You might be lying awake at night wondering if you did the right thing at that meeting, how to support your child without burning out, or what on earth to try next.
I offer parent support that brings clarity, insight and relief – grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach.
Whether you’re seeking 1:1 guidance, looking to build skills and confidence over time, deepen your self-knowlede, adjust your lifestyle to embrace this neurodivergent life - or to find your voice in advocating for your child; I’m here to walk alongside you.
Better understand and support their PDA or neurodivergent child
Build their advocacy skills for school meetings and NDIS processes
Break free from outdated parenting models and create safety at home
Learn how to stay regulated and connected through the toughest moments
Create a values-aligned family culture & lifestyle that works for everyone
Whether you're a wellbeing lead, classroom teacher, or allied health professional—my role is to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll create environments where neurodivergent children (and the adults who support them) can thrive.
Mapping your child’s profile through a neurodiversity-affirming lens
Unpacking current challenges and exploring new ways forward
Learning to use declarative language, visual tools, collaborative problem solving and co-regulation strategies
Somatic inquiry and nervous system-informed support for parent wellbeing
Support to prepare for school meetings or collaborative planning
Exploring your values, needs, and patterns to strengthen self-knowledge
Encouragement and perspective from someone who’s walked this path too
Parent support is not about fixing your child – it’s about resourcing you so you feel capable, connected, and less alone. We start wherever you are, and move at a pace that honours your nervous system and realities of life.
It’s not easy navigating systems that weren’t built with our kids in mind. But with the right support, you don’t have to carry it all on your own.
