You are brilliant, exactly as you are.

For neurodivergent and neurocurious people, parents, and professionals — support that honours your nervous system, your story — and what matters most.

MEET THE FOUNDER & director

Hey, I'm Sarah!

I help neurodivergent and neurocurious people feel seen, resourced, and understood — so you can move from overwhelm to clarity, confidence and self-trust.

Perhaps you'll find resonance here..

Brilliant Little Gems is about seeing the brilliance that already lives within each person — the kind that shines when we feel safe, connected, and free to be ourselves.

I believe real change happens when we allow space for multiple perspectives — often for what has long been kept separate — the spiritual and the practical, the body and the mind, the personal and the systemic.

My practice bridges these worlds, inviting a return to our shared humanity and the wisdom of our nervous systems.

It’s about decolonising what it means to be a “professional” or “client” , "student" or "teacher" and meeting one another as humans in relationship.

Through this work, we begin to loosen the old patterns that keep us distant from ourselves and each other — and come home to who we truly are.
