Support that meets you where you’re at ↓
Founder of Brilliant Little Gems, social worker, mentor, and proud neurodivergent woman.
I know what it’s like to do everything right—learn all the tools, follow all the rules—and still feel like too much, or not enough.
Not unlike the chairs, the porridge, and the beds in the Three Bears’ house — never quite the right fit.
I understand trying harder. Attempts to shrink, stretch, mask — and manage.
It's exhausting to invest so much into contorting ourselves in order to find belonging — in systems that were never built for us.
This is the stuff burnout is made of. I got to a place where I'd had enough; more than enough.
So, what changed?
I stopped outsourcing truth.
I slowed down.
I came home to my body—and my own knowing.
Now, I support women who are ready to do the same.
Not to get better at coping, not to 'fix' themselves, their children or their lives.
But to reclaim their own rhythm, their clarity — and their power.
