For when things aren’t working — even when you’ve been doing your best

A space to sit with what’s here, make sense of it together — to reconnect with yourself and find your way forward.

When things aren’t working, it’s not always obvious why.

You might be thinking things through, trying to make sense of it — and still feeling unsure what to do next.

There can be a sense of something being off…even if, on the surface, everything looks like it should be fine.

Over time, it can become hard to tell what’s actually you — and what’s been shaped by everything you’ve had to carry, adapt to, or make work.

What if nothing is actually 'wrong'?

There's usually just a whole lot in the way of you feeling like your self; and that's why things feel 'wrong'. Things like..

.

Expectations.
Old patterns.
Other people’s voices.
The way things “should” be.

Over time, it becomes hard to see yourself clearly.

A bit like trying to see the back of your own head in the mirror.

You can try.

You might get glimpses.

But it’s frustrating, and never quite clear.

In this work, we slow things down.

We lay things out together — looking at what’s there, noticing what’s yours and what’s not, and gently beginning to untangle what’s been getting in the way.

Not forcing anything.

Definitely not trying to fix you (because, actually you're brilliant).

Just making space for things to come back into focus, so you can see clearly.

As you begin to see yourself more clearly

Things start to feel different

Just like the clouds parting to reveal a blue sky, it was never that the sun or blue sky didn't exist, it was just 'vapour' making it invisible.

Similarly, as we clear what is not really you, what felt confusing starts to make more sense.

People often share that they can finally see how what they have been doing makes a lot of sense — and the judgment they've been holding isn't actually true. They see that they're so much more capable of change than they thought.

When it's not about resisting or fixing 'what is', but deepening awareness; it is a much more enjoyable process; often paired with lightbulb moments.

There’s a sense of things feeling lighter.

Less overthinking.
More clarity about what matters.
More trust in themselves.

It becomes easier to notice what’s needed — and to move forward in a way that feels natural to you, like flow.

Training & Background

"It felt like I brought a washing basket full of things to our session and we looked at everything, and you helped me organise it so it made sense" - Client reflection

If this feels like what you’ve been looking for

Here's how we can work together.

There’s no pressure to commit to anything long-term.

Most people begin with a single session — a space to bring whatever feels most present and start making sense of it.

Single session: $225

Please select the option: Social Work Consultation - 60 mins

Ongoing work

Some people choose to continue working together over a three-month period, allowing for deeper exploration and integration at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

This usually involves fortnightly sessions in a 3 month block — a rhythm I’ve consistently found supports meaningful, lasting change without overwhelm.

It creates space to keep making sense of what’s unfolding, while gently working through what’s been showing up or getting in the way. It's a container in which we are continually growing in understanding of what works for you - and why.

Some people choose to continue beyond this, and others find that this is enough.

If we decide to continue, your initial session is included as part of this process — leaving $875 remaining, or 3 x monthly payments of $292.

A note on funding:
There may be options available for some Australian women and gender-diverse people with an ADHD or Autism diagnosis to access short-term coaching support. If you’d like to explore this, I’ve shared more information in a blog post here.

A little about the journey

The way we work together is flexible, but always grounded in approaches that are trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming and integrate both cognitive & body-based. Over the course of three months, we’ll draw from a toolbox including:

  • Somatic inquiry – connecting to the body’s wisdom

  • Neurodivergent Affirming – honouring all neurotypes & deepening self- understanding

  • Polyvagal-informed support – working with and understanding the nervous system

  • Ecological social work – recognising how systems, culture, expectations and environments shape lived experience

  • Narrative therapy & values mapping - exploring & unearthing your stories and inner guides

  • Relational & energetic attunement – sensing beyond words

  • Mindfulness & reflection – creating space to hear yourself again

  • Symbolic and archetypal tools – including practices like Soul Call Cards, which invite reflection through metaphor, image and archetypal psychology

I work with a small number of people at a time so the work can be held with depth, care, and attention.

FAQS

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are offered via Zoom - from the comfort of your home, office, car - or favourite place outdoors.

Can we use NDIS funding?

Some clients do choose to use self-managed NDIS funding to work with me—and that’s absolutely welcome. That said, a shift in my practice since July 2025 means that services are no longer designed around NDIS goals or reporting requirements. Invoices can be provided after each session to allow claims to be made.

What is the current wait for a session?

There is currently a wait list and anticipated wait of approximately 6-8 weeks for initial consultations, occasionally there may be immediate availability.

Is this offering just for women?

This work is for women, non-binary, and gender-diverse folks — anyone who knows the weight of navigating systems and expectations that weren’t designed with you in mind.
