MEET THE creator

Hi, I'm Sarah!

With a background in Education and Social Work - I've been both teacher and allied health professional.

I'm also a parent to two neurodivergent children, my lived experience has influenced how I show up as both a PDA educator and a Social Worker — and even the resources I create.

I often make things I've needed but couldn't find.

I spend hours learning, reflecting, trying things out — then bring ideas together, simplify complex concepts, and make them accessible for fellow parents, educators and health professionals.

Throughout the past two decades, I've worked therapeutically with children and adults, supported teachers in schools; as well as teaching at tertiary level. These days, I work with the grown-ups who shape the daily lives of neurodivergent kids — because when we (the adults) feel seen, supported, and resourced, our little gems thrive.

Whether you’re a frazzled parent, a passionate teacher, or a curious clinician, I’m here to help you shift the confusion and lean into clarity and confidence.

It starts with language, but changes everything.

Join the movement that’s transforming classrooms through curiosity, trust, and neuroaffirming language.
